Innovation often happens where you least expect it. Leadership for innovation and innovation cooperations have to deal with this uncertainty of the unexpected. To get familiarized with leadership practices and processes, but also tools and techniques that help to foster innovation of different degrees and with various kinds of impact, we have developed a series of engagement formats:
- Basic CLIC Membership: You might want to loosely join the CLIC network through a basic CLIC membership that gives you access to a rich and inspiring network of ideas, to latest concepts and management tools as well as targeted projects and innovation programmes. - Strategic CLIC Partnership: Being a hot spot on your own, you might want to join the CLIC network through a strategic CLIC partnership. As a strategic CLIC partner you are at the core of what happens in the scene.
