GET INVOLVED!
Interested firms and corporate actors are encouraged to get involved in CLIC’s activities. CLIC member organizations enjoy a rich and inspiring network of ideas, access to latest concepts and management tools as well as targeted projects and innovation programmes. For CLIC member organizations certain terms of membership apply as sketched below:
Terms of Membership
(1) CLIC – the Center for Leading Innovation and Cooperation hosted at HHL is devoted to improving the ability of firms to lead innovation and cooperation within and across organizations. CLIC aggregates national and international key players in the fields of innovation, cooperation and leadership. The center is chaired by its academic directors: Professor Anne Sigismund Huff (AIM & TUM), Professor Kathrin M. Moeslein (FAU & HHL) and Professor Ralf Reichwald (HHL & TUM) and led by its executive director Dr. Marcus Koelling (HHL).
(2) CLIC member organizations are entitled to call themselves “CLIC members”. They work on their own innovation agenda as they choose. CLIC facilitates this process by interaction and exchange between CLIC members during group meetings. There is no obligation for CLIC members to share the experiences and techniques they have developed or used with other members. Direct competitors are not invited to join the network unless affected CLIC members agree that this is acceptable.
(3) The CLIC network holds two or three two-day meetings per year. CLIC network meetings shift between HHL, FAU, TUM and CLIC member sites (there is however no obligation for a CLIC member to host a meeting). At meetings held at HHL, the primary focus of presentations and discussion is on recent research on leadership for innovation and related topics. At meetings held at CLIC member sites, the primary focus is on principles, practices and processes employed by those CLIC members, and discussions of recent leadership for innovation initiatives and activities.
